Sam Leitch

Sam Leitch is a contemporary artist working across painting and hand-separated screen printing. His practice reimagines everyday objects and symbols within surreal, unexpected contexts, creating layered visual narratives that feel both familiar and disorienting.

At the core of Sam’s work is an ongoing exploration of the relationship between artist, artwork, and viewer. Through bold use of colour and scale, he draws on personal experiences and observations to invite curiosity and reflection rather than fixed interpretations.

Sam is also represented by Turua Gallery, Salt River Gallery, and Boyd-Dunlop Gallery in New Zealand.
