We’re excited about our new website! As part of this update, we have introduced a slightly different approach to adding artist profiles going forward. The new process is designed to be more streamlined and user-friendly, making it easier for everyone to upload and manage their information. This change will help ensure consistency across the site and provide a better experience for visitors exploring our artists’ work.
How to create or update your profile
How to create or update your profile, simply complete Artist Profile Form.

Please make sure you add all the key information required, to help you we have made some of the fields mandatory, these will have an * next to them.

Note: only provide your studio full address or town if you want this made public!

Other information listed below can help with the promotion of your profile and artworks, we strongly recommend providing at least your email address.

Profile and Artwork Images
Profile and artwork images, it is mandatory to add a profile and artwork images to your profile.

Note: All images are to be .jpg file format, it is recommended not to crop your images.

Artwork Images
Pick up to fifteen images that really show off your creative style.
Tips for great images:

Take photos straight-on, with good lighting

Avoid shadows and background clutter
File name format for your artwork:
FirstLastNameArtworkTitle.jpg
Example: JuliaWalkinshawStormySeas.jpg
Keep the title short, avoid special characters (like -_!@#$)
Preferred file type: JPG
How to rename your images
To make things easy, choose your device (Apple, Android, or Windows) and we’ll give you the right steps to rename your images for uploading.

Apple Device
Renaming Images on iPhone/iPad:

Step 1: Open Photos → select your image

Step 2: Tap Share → Save to Files

Step 3: Choose a folder → tap Save

Step 4: Open Files app → locate your image
-
Step 5: Tap & hold → Rename
-
Use camelCase → Tap Done
Tip: CamelCase = no spaces, no underscores
example JoeBlogs.jpg for profile image
To change the name of an image on your iMac, follow these steps:

Step 1: Locate the image: Find the image file you want to rename. It could be on your Desktop, in Finder, or in any other folder.

Step 2: Select the image: Click once on the image to select it.
Rename the image:

Method 1: Press Return (or Enter) on your keyboard. The name of the file will become editable.

Method 2: Right-click (or Control-click) the image file and select Rename from the context menu.

Type the new name: Type in the new name you want for the image.

Press Return: After entering the new name, press Return to save the change.
