Gailene Marsden

Gailene studied oil painting in her early years, then took up the challenge of Watercolour 20 years ago and has since become fascinated by the amazing range of materials involved in Acrylics.

As a member of Mangawhai Arts Association and other art groups, Gailene is a very keen painter and spends many hours a week on her art. Her impressionist / abstract works are created with a lively, energetic style, featuring clean, clear, vibrant hues, always striving to capture a sense of movement and atmosphere.

Gailene has been exhibiting and selling her artwork since 2004 and it is currently included in various private collections in New Zealand and overseas.
